comScore Reports Twitter Registration is Getting Sick

Tech Crunch reported today on comScore’s release of global numbers, where they show worldwide visitors to Twitter.com increasing 131 percent in the month of March — from 9.8 million to 19.1 million. Huh? Is that sick or is it still just a fever? Wow.

The folks at TechCrunch think Twitter will eclipse 50 Million registered users sometime this summer…so what are you waiting for?
